ARUN KUMAR NAMED OSTN PRESIDENT AND CEO
Cleveland, OH – October 18, 2007 – OSTN, the leading provider of student-produced entertainment, educational and news IPTV content and services, today announced that Arun Kumar was named president and CEO. The appointment was effective October 1, 2007. Kumar had been OSTN Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since his appointment to that position in 2003.
Kumar was responsible for OSTN accounting and finance, performance management and operational processes. OSTN is an initiative of CEAI. Kumar also serves as CFO of CampusEAI Consortium (CEAI), a global not-for-profit information technology services and consulting provider
At CEAI and OSTN, Kumar had implemented an expense control program and strong financial management operations. With more than three decades of experience as a successful entrepreneur, he had founded and managed companies in the textile industry.
Kumar earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from University of Delhi, Delhi, India.

Since OSTN was founded in 2003, it has grown from one student-produced channel to multiple services delivered over IPTV to more than 42 million subscribers at more than 4,500 member institutions in 37 countries across the globe.
